Job summary

Medtronic in the United States is seeking a high-impact Sales Professional to promote and sell Medtronic’s products within an assigned geographic area and to healthcare professionals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will build long-term relationships with distributors and clinicians, pursue leads, conduct market development, and communicate feedback to R&D and marketing, while working with a team to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years in sales/medical devices.
• OR an Associate’s Degree with 4+ years experience.
• OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic’s products/services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company’s products/services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
