Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Windom, MN is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) to promote products, provide account service to assigned and potential customers, and actively grow the Windom area.

You will focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and initiating cold calls to target accounts, onsite or via phone, to expand the customer base and improve gross profit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Proven sales success with a defined sales process.
• Industrial gas and welding experience preferred; oil & gas experience a plus.
• High school diploma / GED also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers.
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to targets, onsite or via phone.
• Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability of existing accounts by leveraging value propositions.
• Support marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
• Secure long‑term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data.
