Job summary

Transmotion LLC is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager in Iron Mountain, MI to cover Western Michigan, the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin. You will build customer relationships, expand market reach, and drive growth through strategic territory plans and proactive account management.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or territory management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CRM experience, and strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or territory management experience; industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Committed to attendance, punctuality, policy compliance and professionalism.
• Knowledge and skills of computer systems and software.
• Great interpersonal skills and professional writing/presentation abilities.
• Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues and implement territory plans.
• Must pass the annual motor vehicle report and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic territory and grow customer relationships.
• Create and execute territory strategies, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide product/technical support.
• Maintain detailed account activity and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
