Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead field-based retail execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels in the Washington, D.C. and Newington, VA markets.

You will drive sales, expand distribution, and build strong distributor partnerships while visiting 12–15 stores daily. The role requires 1+ years in consumer goods sales, a valid U.S. driver's license, and the ability to pass an MVR screening.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in consumer goods sales, preferably beverage or distributor sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct face-to-face customer interactions daily
• Experience using CRM and field sales reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius “perfect store” execution, expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within assigned territory
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager
• Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and outline goals
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs
