Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Territory Manager to promote Hubbell Killark Harsh and Hazardous product lines to distributors, electrical contractors, end-users and specifying influences. The role focuses on contractor relationships and end-user sales within Oregon and Western Washington.

You will manage territory objectives, conduct distributor calls, train staff, and maintain accurate records while building a robust network of customers and partners in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HS Diploma; 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the industry.
• Prior sales and/or industry experience preferred.
• Serves as a customer information center for literature requests, catalog requests, technical details, drawings, and cross-reference information.
• Build rapport and strong relationships with distribution, end-users and specifying influences.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and efficient use of company assets.
• Conduct sales calls on distributors and potential users of Hubbell Killark products.
• Train distributor personnel to sell Hubbell products and manage distributor inventories.
• Maintain accurate account records (TMS/Electronic TMS) and conduct formal sales presentations to groups and end-users.
• Cover open territories with assignments from the District Manager and service distributors and end-users while creating demand for Hubbell products.
