All Copy Products, based in Texas, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a territory-based sales team, grow market share, and drive revenue for our document solutions portfolio.

You will hire and develop the team, coach performance, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction within a competitive, fast-paced environment. The compensation includes base, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with a 10k signing bonus and generous benefits.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in document solutions sales or sales management.
• Proven track record of leading a team and mentoring others.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

• Facilitate training and guidance for sales teams, product introductions, and promotions.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive weekly/monthly business results.
