• Excellent oral and written communication and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP/GM to set realistic sales goals by geography.
• Manage a geographic sales area to maximize revenue and meet objectives.
• Coach, appraise and train the sales team.
• Lead major account activities and negotiate prices/discounts.
• Develop plans to ensure revenue growth across products.
• Provide quarterly productivity assessments of the team.
• Coordinate resources to ensure stable sales results.
• Educate the team with programs/ seminars on sales growth.
