The role requires 5+ years in sales/marketing, 1+ year in field sales management, and up to 75% travel. A degree in engineering or business is required, with a master’s preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Business Admin or commensurate experience; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of field sales management experience.
• Valid Driver's License with travel up to 75% to coach CAMs on joint sales calls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with top accounts.
