Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in adhesives, sealants, coatings or construction markets.
• A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial and service-first mindset.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude for consultative sales and problem solving.
• Results‑oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Execute the defined sales plan to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Prepare annual sales budget and forecast.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new sales.
• Grow territory by adding accounts and developing value-added selling strategies.
• Conduct presentations, trainings, and meetings to support territory objectives.
• Identify potential accounts and analyze opportunities with a solution-selling approach.
• Maintain CRM data and generate reports to manage territory and accounts.
• Travel to client meetings and build strong relationships with key decision makers.
