The Sales Industry Manager, Window & Door, serves as the owner of their assigned market segment and is accountable for driving top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability for Seal Bond. This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with both the analytical rigor to build plans and the commercial instinct to execute against them.
The Window & Door segment is defined as any or all window and door manufacturers. A market overview document will be provided. The geographic scope of this role covers North America — Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
As the Sales Industry Manager, the individual will hold strategic ownership of the Window & Door segment in concert with the strategy for the Industrial segment and the corporate strategy for Seal Bond. In this role, the individual is expected to develop the strategy in collaboration with their peers and management team and to obtain alignment and approvals for execution. The following areas require active leadership and documented planning:
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, in a clear, concise and effective manner with the customers, account representatives, company representatives, management, staff, and the public in face-to-face, one-on-one and group settings. Ability to use a telephone for communication. Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance at client locations, facilities, trade shows, or wherever is needed for the position. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Use office equipment and automation such as a personal computer, copier and facsimile machine. Sit or stand for extended time periods. Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges. Normal range of tolerance to household and other types of typical industrial/construction chemicals.
