Job summary

Midland Garage Door is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across Arizona, Southern California, and Southern Nevada. The role requires 80% overnight travel with a remote setup when not traveling.

Base salary plus commission and bonus potential, with company-provided vehicle covering meals, hotels, and expenses. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong sales team environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant sales and related industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR per auto insurance requirements.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales efforts professionally to create a favorable impression of self and company.
• Close and grow sales by communicating with customers and identifying conversion opportunities.
• Create and implement a territory plan to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Present products/services clearly, overcoming barriers to closing the sale.
• Understand customer requirements and assist with problem solving, pricing, and product selection.
• Introduce and demonstrate new products to customers and prospects.
• Present to contractors, architects, and buying influencers at events and meetings.
• Attend customer functions, trade shows, and home parades.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with warranties as required.
