Parts ASAP is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the California and Nevada territory, traveling about 50% to meet dealers and rental stores. You'll build partnerships and grow the territory with uncapped commission alongside a base salary of $75,000.

This role is hands-on and field-based: you're on the road, negotiating, closing deals, and representing parts knowledge with customers across the region.

Formación

• Knowledge of rubber tracks and construction equipment
• Proven track record in outside sales or business development
• Experience meeting or beating sales targets and managing a territory

Responsabilidades

• Own your territory California & Nevada with a business development plan
• Build relationships with dealers and rental stores for rubber tracks and parts
• Open new accounts and expand existing ones
• Present solutions, negotiate, and close deals to exceed targets
• Share customer feedback and market insights with teams
• Resolve product/service issues with warranty team to retain customers
• Log visits and opportunities in the CRM daily
