Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, relationship-building, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.


In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM for performance management and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate sales records are also key responsibilities.


This is an ongoing posting to express interest in future openings in various cities when roles become available.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategic plans focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research for growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive, value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales activities and generate reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and performance tracking.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
