As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
