Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs and maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate sales records are essential to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and delivering exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM to track performance and relationships.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights.
  5. Consultative Selling: Offer value-based solutions, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms to meet business and customer needs.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate reports. Track metrics to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support team members as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; mostly outbound cold calling from the office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is beneficial.
