Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take charge of expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will foster long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to monitor performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure smooth project execution, with an emphasis on accurate record keeping and achieving performance goals through effective time management in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, leveraging Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM tools to track sales metrics and generate reports to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver excellent customer service and support team members as needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ years in outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with 80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
