Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will offer consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless project execution, maintain accurate sales records, and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity, allowing interested individuals to express interest in future openings in selected cities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions, tracking interactions via Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach, offering competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing quotes, and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales activities and generate performance reports, ensuring goals are met.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams, providing leadership and support as needed.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and tracking performance.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
