Job summary

Career Connections, LLC. is seeking a disciplined Field Territory Sales Representative to cover western PA, WV, and eastern KY.

You will conduct product demonstrations, travel 30-40%, develop new leads, and maintain key accounts with distributors and end-users, using a CRM to track activities and coordinate with the team. A company vehicle is provided; a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of territory sales experience are preferred.

• More than 3 years of territory sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• QSSP or OSHA coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain active working relationships with the region’s largest end-users and focus on developing and closing opportunities at top accounts with special focus on competitive conversions.
• Effectively communicate voice of customer (VOC) feedback into new product development process and to other stakeholders.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations, preferably to industrial, commercial, and construction industry customers. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel (30-40%) and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales utilizing a CRM system and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. Candidates should have experience selling direct to customers as well as working with distribution partners.

Assigned Territory: western PA, WV, and eastern KY
