You must travel across the Ankeny area, work weekends as needed, and enjoy base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses; a robust training program supports career growth and development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and coach RSAs; deliver in-store training and upskill sessions.
• Visit stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; address gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with action plans.
• Achieve weekly sales targets to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
