Waterstone Human Capital is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Utah to coach a small team and directly drive growth across the Utah territory. You will own key accounts and develop account plans while expanding our footprint in energy, mining, refining, chemical, and industrial markets.

You will lead pipeline development, use CRM dashboards to monitor performance, and travel to client sites as needed.

Formación

• 5–7 years of technical sales experience in energy, mining, refining, chemical, or industrial markets.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to generate new business.
• Responsive to customer needs with a proactive service mindset.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in Utah with established local ties to the market.
• U.S. Person status required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop a small sales team; build pipeline and close deals.
• Own defined Utah territory and manage active accounts.
• Create account plans and identify growth opportunities in the territory.
• Serve as primary contact for key customers and provide after-hours support when needed.
• Use CRM dashboards to track performance and preempt issues.
• Travel periodically for customer site visits and sales meetings.
