Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager for Personal and Small Commercial Lines in Utah. You will lead profitable growth by developing and managing relationships with agencies and distribution partners, using market intelligence, data and analytics, and consultative selling to grow and retain business.

You will work with various teams to align product, underwriting, and service capabilities to the territory while traveling regularly and engaging with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, sales, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years in insurance sales, underwriting, agency management, or distribution.
• Strong market analytics and portfolio management skills.
• Proven ability to develop territory business plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
