Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Utah is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will oversee stocking, store communication, and project completion while educating customers about product lines and company policies.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed, with emphasis on hands-on leadership and field-based supervision across store environments.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required
• Independent and self-motivated
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and other leads
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and client brands
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager
• Knowledge of handheld device functions and usage
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information
