Job summary

Solenis, a leading global water and hygiene solutions provider, seeks an Area Sales Manager for the Massachusetts region. You will manage day-to-day operations, support sales reps, and help drive new account sales while delivering exceptional service to existing customers.

You will oversee training of new representatives through 18–24 months, report to the District Sales Manager, and contribute to growing a high-performing sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned area and support sales reps in their area.
• Assist with new account sales and startup on new accounts as they are sold, and provide excellent service on existing accounts.
• Oversee training of new reps from date of hire through 18–24 months tenure; report into the District Sales Manager.
