Job summary

Solenis is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in their assigned territory and back up sales reps while developing new accounts. You will train new representatives through the first 18–24 months and work to grow the territory with a focus on technical competency and outstanding service.

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned area and focus their time on supporting sales reps in their area. Additionally, they will assist with new account sales and start up on new accounts as they are sold as well as providing excellent service on existing accounts. The ASM will have oversight into the training of new reps from the date of hire through 18 – 24 months tenure. The purpose of the position is to develop the Sales and Technical competency, and full account management skills necessary to grow and operate a successful sales territory. The ASM will report into the District Sales Manager.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $1.00 and $550,000,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
