True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to drive growth in your local territory. You will build your client base, present benefit solutions to business owners and employees, and train new agents to perform at a high level.

You will mentor, coach, and lead by example in a hybrid field leadership role, with weekly client meetings, group presentations, and ongoing training to develop a winning sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside/B2B sales.
• Experience mentoring or training others in sales.
• Strong presentation skills, in 1-on-1 or group settings.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Coach and train new agents in field and office settings.
• Lead and grow your own book of business while mentoring others.
