Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer in a hybrid role. You will split time between field sales and leadership training, building your own client base while coaching new agents in the field.

Responsibilities include presenting to business owners and employee groups, mentoring peers, and driving personal and team success. Previous sales leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, leadership, or coaching.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce).
• A coachable, positive attitude and a desire to help others win.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support them through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps and provide hands-on sales training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong sales team.
• Grow your own book of business while guiding others to do the same.
