Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance across the Lexington, KY area. You will onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates, drive weekly in-store execution, and personally close sales to hit company goals.

You will travel across the Lexington area, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a high-performance culture. A base salary of $50k plus uncapped commissions and bonuses is offered along with comprehensive training and career

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making quick decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach with clear written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel across the Lexington, Kentucky area and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach performance.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing; address gaps quickly.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with action plans.
• Personally achieve weekly sales targets to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
