Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of frontline people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop Sales Representatives.
• Lead and enable Large Format SDLs as frontline leaders.
• Partner with SDLs to lead Merchandisers and LF Sales Representatives.
• Execute sales strategies to drive volume and market share.
• Manage labor, routes, and resources; ensure orders and merchandising per plan.
