Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to create and execute residential and commercial programs across Southern Louisiana, expanding Rinnai’s market share and coordinating with the sales team to maximize opportunities.

The role offers up to $97,585 annually plus a 20% bonus, requires travel up to 75%, and includes health benefits from day one, a 401(k) match, a vehicle allowance, volunteer day, and other generous perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales management experience working within the construction products industry.
• Industry knowledge including but not limited to construction products, and gas appliance applications.
• Aggressive and seasoned in sales leadership, management, and direct selling.
• High capability to work with C suite decision makers to gain successful alignment.
• Financial acumen to support clients and leverage Rinnai benefits to their business.
• High capability working with Distribution accounts that support the dealer supply chain.
• Strong abilities to properly develop dealer network for all verticals
• Able to present key influential data like HERS ratings and other energy efficiency benefits of Rinnai.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets and market expansion for assigned territory.
• Develop sales growth for Repair and Replace segment.
• Grow new construction builder and contractor segments.
• Train plumbers and contractors on products and installation.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and programs with Director approval.
• Collaborate with distribution partners in territory.
• Travel up to 75% within territory.
• Provide quarterly progress reviews and milestones.
• Use CRM to manage sales funnel and reporting.
