Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead residential and commercial programs in Southern Louisiana. You will collaborate with BDM and regional teams to maximize opportunities, train contractors, and manage pricing and promotions.

The role requires up to 75% travel, a base salary up to $97,585 with quarterly/annual bonuses, and best-in-class benefits including 401k match and vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales management experience in construction products.
• Industry knowledge including construction products and gas appliance applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, strategies, and tactics for assigned territory.
• GrowRepair and Replace segment sales.
• Develop and grow new construction builder plumbing contractors.
• Develop and grow Commercial Mechanical/Plumbing contractors.
• Provide product and installation training to contractors.
