Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial growth across the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. The role requires up to 75% travel and close collaboration with BDM teams to maximize opportunities and meet corporate targets.

The candidate will lead sales development across contractor segments, provide training, manage pricing programs, and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of demonstrated sales management experience in construction products.
• Industry knowledge in construction products and gas appliance applications.
• Strong leadership, management, and direct selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, strategies, and tactics for the assigned territory.
• Develop and grow Repair & Replace and new construction builder segments.
• Provide product and installation training to contractors as needed.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and programs as approved by sales leadership.
• Coordinate with distributors and manage CRM for all sales activities.
• Build relationships with plumber partners and regional management.
