Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial programs across the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. The role requires up to 75% travel to maximize market share and close opportunities.

You will coordinate with BDMs and regional teams to expand Rinnai’s footprint, train plumbers and contractors, and manage distributor relationships while leveraging CRM tools for funnel management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in construction products.
• Industry knowledge including construction products and gas appliances.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and strategies for the assigned territory.
• Grow sales in Repair & Replace, builder contractors, and commercial plumbing segments.
• Provide product and installation training to contractors and coordinate with distributors.
