Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care in Southern California is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians and hospital leaders, influence clinical and economic decisions, and expand our antiseptic solutions across the territory.

Your role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; medical device, infection prevention, or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a territory and travel extensively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with acute care facilities, outpatient centers, and other healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts for Hibiclens® antiseptic solutions.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.
