Mölnlycke's Wound Care & Antiseptics business is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, with occasional coverage into Las Vegas and Arizona. • 3–5 years of sales experience; medical device, infection prevention, or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a territory and travel extensively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand accounts for Hibiclens antiseptic.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
• Attend trade shows and field ride-alongs; manage reporting and CRM updates.
