Job summary

Molnlycke Health Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Southern California. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians and hospital leaders, influence clinical and economic decisions, and expand Hibiclens antiseptic solutions within a defined territory.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration. A strong background in healthcare sales and a willingness to travel are required, with base salary in the six-figure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience; medical device, infection prevention, or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with acute care facilities, outpatient centers, and other healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts for Hibiclens® antiseptic solutions.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.
• Candidates should be based in Orange County. Territory includes Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, with occasional coverage into Las Vegas and Arizona.
