Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes store communication, project completion, stocking, and educating customers on product lines.

The candidate will report to the Market Sales Manager and must be flexible to travel, work evenings, nights, and weekends with a focus on execution excellence across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Sales Merchandisers and other team members.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
