Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery in the Minneapolis area. You will drive in-store execution, grow accounts, and energize store teams to maximize snack sales across a defined territory.

You will manage full- and part-time merchandisers, coordinate with store personnel, and implement HQ programs while ensuring safety and compliance. A strong sales background and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Successful completion of background checks including drug test and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with impact: manage a team of Merchandisers including hiring and coaching.
• Drive execution: ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & sell: provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for growth: tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build relationships: cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resources: deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Own the cadence: design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Stay safe & compliant: operate within safety guidelines.
