Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in a defined geography while upholding compliance and ethics. You will craft territory strategies, identify needs, and deliver clinically focused presentations communicating therapeutic value.

You will leverage analytics to build strategic plans, foster professional relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize sales in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience, GI or rare disease preferred.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in territory geography.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with autonomy and in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by developing an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Ops).
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions per plans.
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategies and decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
