Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest to drive store acquisitions, grow distribution, and meet aggressive sales targets across a multi-state area.

You will manage relationships with distributors and retailers, forecast demand, and collaborate with HQ to execute launches and promotions. Travel about 75% is required to cover the territory and build a strong network of partners.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the Pet Industry selling to retailers at store level.
• 3 years of experience selling through distributor sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new stores within your territory.
• Manage and grow territory accounts through HQ relationships and joint business planning.
• Build and maintain strong distribution and store relationships with excellent service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets; manage trade spend and travel budget.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management.
• Attend industry events and represent Golden Pet Brands to expand the network.
