DSI Systems Inc. in the southern Pennsylvania area seeks a Territory Sales Manager responsible for leading sales performance across assigned retail stores. You will onboard and coach RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to model best practices.

You’ll be accountable for hitting company goals while building a high-performance culture. You’ll travel across southern Pennsylvania, conduct interviews, monitor KPIs, and support merchandising and staffing to ensure

Qualifications

2+ years in wireless/internet/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.

Responsibilities

Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
Approve payroll accurately and on time.
Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
