Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business/Management/Sales or related field.
• 5-7 years in the elevator industry or similar service-oriented business.
• Business-to-Business sales experience.
• P&L management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan supporting territory financial and non-financial objectives.
• Forecast and track performance relative to targets and budgets.
• Lead NI sales team—hire, onboard and develop reps to hit metrics.
• Manage pricing escalations above set values and partner with NI Sales Business Line.
• Build and sustain key customer relationships with GCs and industry consultants.
• Ensure effective NI sales meetings and drive customer excellence plans.
