Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Management or Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in elevator industry or service-oriented business.
• Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet territory objectives.
• Manage budget and expenditures for time/materials and assets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, GCs, and industry consultants.
• Lead NI-focused Field Superintendents and Project Coordinators; hire/onboard new staff.
