Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager NI to drive regional sales in California. The role focuses on developing business plans, budgeting, and leading a team of NI sales representatives to achieve targets while building strong customer relationships with general contractors and industry consultants.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in elevator or service industries, strong B2B sales experience, and P&L familiarity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Marketing or Sales (or related field).
• 5–7 years in elevator or service-oriented business with Schindler or similar.
• Business-to-Business sales experience.
• Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet territory objectives and NI initiatives.
• Forecast and track performance relative to financial targets.
• Lead NI sales team: hiring, onboarding and coaching to meet targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, GCs and industry consultants.
• Partner with NI Sales Business Line on initiatives, policies and programs.
