Job summary

Schindler is seeking a Territory Operations Manager - New Installations to lead NI operations across the Northwest: Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Denver and Boise. You will manage installation projects, set budgets, and collaborate with the NI Sales team to pursue opportunities while delivering customer satisfaction and regional goals.

Requirements include a BA/BS in business, engineering, or related field, 5–7 years in elevator or service industries, and P&L experience.

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in elevator or service-oriented business.
• Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan in support of territory NI objectives.
