Job summary

WillScot seeks a Territory Sales Manager to maximize territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion, driving activations of containers and modular structures.

Role includes prospecting, client visits, and managing a strong pipeline with Salesforce CRM; travel 10–20% for field visits; in-office environment with strong negotiation and quoting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High volume, transactional sales and leasing experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for field visits.
• Strong consultative, solution-selling mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for containers and modular structures.
• Spend ~40% on outbound prospecting and 30% on inbound inquiry conversion.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate terms and prepare quotes for potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
