Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize market share through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion, driving activations across the territory. You will develop strategic plans for Containers, Ground Level Offices, and Modular Structures, traveling up to 20% for field visits and leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or applicable experience; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of outbound prospecting or 1 year at WSMM.
• Willingness to travel 10%–20% for field visits.
• Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles and leasing.
• Consultative, solution-selling mindset and strategic account development.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet targets.
• Spend ~40% on outbound prospecting and 30% on inbound conversion.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and convert leads to activations.
• Provide tailored container and modular solutions to customers.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order delivery.
