Job summary

WillScot, a leading provider of temporary space solutions, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to maximize territory share through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion. You will develop strategic plans, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey container and modular space solutions.

The role emphasizes travel to key customers, strong communication, and professional presentation skills, with an annual compensation range of $80,000–$140,000

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED or applicable experience; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year experience at WSMM.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% to conduct field visits with important customers (little to no overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Containers and modular structures.
• Approximately 40% outbound prospecting, 30% inbound inquiry conversion, rest on account development and visits.
• Identify and prioritize potential customers, industries, and market segments to pursue for business development.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently work toward converting leads into sales.
• Pursue a high volume of top project and transactional opportunities while offering turnkey space solutions.
