Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a District Sales Manager to lead the Florida Peninsula, growing Metallic and Ceco brands through strong relationships with builders and customers. The role emphasizes territory growth, new business development, and expert knowledge of building systems.

You will train contractors and collaborate across internal teams to optimize the customer experience. The position offers a path within a nationally recognized company, with a base salary range and bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-engineered metal building industry preferred.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing or sales management experience in building materials.
• Experience with estimating, inside sales, engineering, or project management is valued.
• Strong relationship-building with commitment to follow-up.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Territory by expanding customer relationships and market share.
• Develop customer relationships with builders, direct sales, and new clients.
• Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and new opportunities.
• Sell industry-leading building systems across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.
• Support product and software training for customers.
