Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Florida Peninsula is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow our Metallic and Ceco brands. You will manage an established territory, build builder relationships, drive new business, and train customers on products and programs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in building materials sales, strong communication and relationship skills, and the ability to travel 50–70% across the territory. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within the pre-engineered metal building industry.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience, or 2+ years in Building Materials.
• Experience with estimating, inside sales, engineering, or project management valued.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to consistent customer follow-up.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple opportunities, and work independently.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and adapt to multiple proprietary systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own & Grow Your Territory: Manage an established territory and expand customer relationships.
• Develop Customer Relationships: Work with builders, direct sales, and new clients.
• Drive Sales Growth: Balance current business with prospecting and new opportunities.
• Sell Industry-Leading Building Systems: Represent metal building systems across markets.
• Support Product & Software Training: Conduct customer education and contractor training.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
• Provide Responsive Customer Support: Manage high volume of customer interactions.
