Job summary

Pape’ Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Territory Manager to join our sales team and serve the San Joaquin & Calaveras Counties. You will build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and replacement equipment, delivering lift truck and warehouse solutions that improve productivity and profitability.

In this role you’ll travel in a company-provided sales vehicle, meet customers face-to-face, and collaborate with our parts,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must reside in or relocate to San Joaquin County.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Present lift truck and warehouse solutions to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with parts, service, and rental teams to deliver complete solutions.
